Weddings

Working with a Wedding Coordinator will be one of the best decisions you ever make. An average wedding takes approximately 250 hours to plan. With most couples working full-time jobs it is no wonder that the stress of planning a wedding leaves people counting down the days to the honeymoon, before the wedding even takes place.

Ontario Wedding & Event Planners offer three types of Wedding Coordination to fit your budget, personality, and lifestyle. Each service is designed to alleviate the stress that comes from planning a wedding, while still involving you in the excitement that goes along with the process.

We also work with couples that do not reside in Ontario, but will be getting married in Ontario.

All services will be performed by Certified Wedding Coordinators, WPICC.


Consulting

A consulting session is arranged for the couple who would like to plan their own wedding, but are interested in unique ideas, money saving tips, and assistance with where to start.

Sessions may include:

  • Theme ideas
  • Unique venue ideas
  • Money saving tips
  • Budget allocation
  • Vendor suggestions and recommendations
  • Wedding day timeline
  • Etiquette
  • Destination wedding planning
  • Any topic that you wish to discuss

It is important to remember that a consulting session is completely driven by your needs and questions.

It should also be noted that a consulting session does not have to take place at the beginning of the planning process. Consulting can be done at any point when you require professional advice on how to move forward.

Consulting Fees
$150 for first hour
$50 for each additional hour


Wedding Day Only Coordination

You need a wedding coordinator for the day of your wedding if you want to enjoy it!

This service is recommended especially for the couple that have planned their wedding on their own, and are looking for piece of mind on their special day.

Most couples turn into event planners throughout the planning process, and every planner adopts the desire to be involved in the entire process, including all of the details on the day of the wedding. Wedding Day Only Coordination allows the couple to be Bride and Groom on their special day, knowing that they have a trusted coordinator with the same detail-oriented mentality as they have to take care of the details.

Wedding Day Only Coordination Includes:

  • One meeting with the couple prior to the wedding to discuss details
  • Coordination at rehearsal
  • Coordination on wedding day including set-up, ceremony, photo shoot, and reception

Wedding Day Only Coordination Fees
$650


Full Wedding Coordination

Full Wedding Coordination offers couples piece of mind throughout the entire wedding planning process knowing that each decision they make has the knowledge of a professional behind it. It also saves the couple hundreds of hours in research and planning.

Full Wedding Coordination can offer the couple as much involvement in the planning process as they wish to be included with.

Full Wedding Coordination Includes:

  • Theme ideas
  • Unique venue ideas
  • Money saving tips
  • Budget allocation and management
  • Vendor suggestions and recommendations including meetings and negotiations
  • Wedding day timeline
  • Etiquette
  • Coordination at rehearsal
  • Coordination on wedding day including set-up, ceremony, photo shoot, and reception

Full Wedding Coordination Fees
10% of the total wedding budget
ex. If the wedding has a budget of $20,000, than the fee would be $2000
*there is a minimum $1250 fee that applies


Travel fees may be applied to packages based on location.
